"A man lies dying in a hospital bed. He has spent his entire life building for the future, doing what needed to be done to amass wealth and raise his status to a level he thought worthy. Now he has reached the end of his days and finds himself filled with remorse rather than satisfaction. In his final moments, he turns to his doctor and says, ‘I spent my whole life stepping on people in order to get to where I want to be, and now there’s no one left for me. It’s only now that I realize it’s so simple. It’s who you love and how you love and the rest of it, the rest of it never mattered.’ That is a powerful lesson, yet he has little time left to make use of it.

He came to clarity at the end of his life; what if you could get this clarity now?”

This was such a wonderful, light book to read. Compared to other books I’ve read on similar topics, it was so easy to get through. I loved everything that Chris wrote. It is very simple and straightforward.

Prentiss offers guidance on how to think and feel to be happy.  It’s not some silly self-help book.  He also explains how the Universe works and how it is always working to your advantage.  Throughout the book he repeats the phrase “every event that befalls me is absolutely the best possible event that could occur.”

Live your life thinking that and it will be true.  Learn from each event that the Universe puts in front of you, otherwise, things will never change.

This is a book that I strongly recommend that everyone read.  Nothing I write here can do it justice. Go out, pick it up and read it. I feel that you won’t regret it.

…when you imagine that a condition you are experiencing can be cured, everything in you - your physical body, your immune system, your mind, everything - responds with healing energy, with a forward impelling motion that says yes to a cure.
